Returns
Customer satisfaction is at the top of our list here at Merzi . To better our customer shopping experience, we have refined our return and exchange policies.
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
1. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
2. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
3. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
You can cancel the order as long as your order status is not set to “shipped”. However, all cancellations will be subject to a 10% handling fee. Please be sure to contact our customer representative if you want to cancel your order.
Product details of your order may only be modified within 24 business hours from being placed as long as your order status is not set to “shipped.” Please be noted that we cannot change the product specifications of your order after 24 business hours from being placed.

Refunds
If you want to receive a refund, your unsatisfied items can be partial or full refunded depending on the situation. You should state a specific explanation and clear corresponding photographs documenting the reason for the return.
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
Please allow 5-7working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed.
You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 1-3 working days for the funds to reflect on your account.
